Robin Padilla finally said his piece about his younger brother’s transformation from being Rustom Padilla to a transvestite named BB Gandanghari.
In an ambush interview by the media, Robin said he still (chooses) calls his brother Rustom and not his new name BB Gandanghari.
Although the action star admitted that he has not talked to Rustom/BB since the change, he pointed out that he does not agree with what he does to himself or what he chooses to be.
Last Saturday, Rustom Padilla/BB Gandanghari was interviewed by Robin’s wife, Mariel Rodriguez, on TV5′s weekly showbiz talk show “Paparazzi.”

Robin Padilla is now being speculated as the leading man of Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis in the 2012 Kapamilya teleserye titled “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw.”
This is after Kris Aquino herself gave a clue on her Twitter account on who is being considered by the management for the leading man role.
“Umoo na sa amin in principle kung sino ‘yung magiging leading man namin. Pero inawat ako ng ating mga kapamilya na i-announce. Pero bigyan ko kayo ng clue. His first name starts with an ‘R,’ and his last name starts with a ‘P.’ Mag-isip kayo. Siguro alam n’yo na kung sino ‘yun. So excited na excited talaga ako kasi sabi ko nga, alam ng Diyos kung ano ‘yung tamang panahon so binigay n’ya sa ganitong panahon na sa 2012, I am a mother, I am an actress and I am a producer.”
