Ramon Joseph Bautista is being suspected by the police as the mastermind in the killing of his brother Ram Revilla (Ramgen Bautista in real life). Ramgen was murdered inside his residence in Parañaque City last Friday night, October 28.
Ramon Joseph Bautista‘s lawyer, Attorney Dennis Manzanal, is seeking for the immediate release of his client from detention because it was baseless and the police should have obtained a warrant before arresting him.
Ramon’s sister Ramona Bautista was also tagged by the investigators as accessory to the crime.
“Nag-operate sila ng walang arrest warrant. Yan ay violation ng constitutional rights ni Ramon Joseph,” he said in an interview by the media.
Meanwhile, Ramon’s mother Genelyn Bautista believes that her two children who are now suspects of the crime are not capable of killing (or hiring a killer) their own brother.
