After winning the Best in Swismsuit award last Saturday, Philippine bet Sandra Seifert, bagged the Best in Evening Gown!

Our very own April Love Jordan, a semi-finalist of Bb. Pilipinas 2009 and Miss Philippines-Earth 2006, bested more than 40 contestants of the International Beauty and Model Festival 2009 in China.
